Microgaming has created Crocodopolis as an Egyptian themed slot machine, though it doesn’t seem like your typical game of this type. It’s a modern title, with the Croc character being some kind of pharaoh or priest, the main hero in this case. Features of Crocodopolis
The features that are proposed by Crocodopolis are standard ones, but they’re not bad, combining wild symbols with free spins, multipliers and scatters, all features you would want from a modern title.
The first one would be the obvious one, the Croc that is used as the wild. It is a symbol that is capable of taking the place of another in a new combination, as long as it helps in some way and if the other symbols found there are the ones that are needed. It will not substitute for a scattered Pyramid and it will not award payouts directly.
Now, the wild does have something special, the ability to behave differently depending on the reel where you want it to appear. The game has an option called Slide a Wild, which you activate at the top of the reel, moving the location of the wild as you need it. If it appears on the 1st reel, the Croc Pharaoh has a 2x multiplier. The 2nd reel gets a 3x multiplier from the wild. The 3rd reel has an expanding wild. The fourth reel has both the expanding wild and the 3x multiplier. Finally, on the fifth reel you get a stacked wild. You can only get one reel with wilds on it, so pick the one you prefer.
Next, we have the scattered Pyramid, the second feature symbol of Crocodopolis. It is going to appear on three reels out of five, the middle three, and from there it will give prizes of 2x or 5x the bet, for two or three symbols.

The scatter symbol is also the one responsible for triggering free spins. You get 12 of them when all three scatter Pyramids are present, with 2x multipliers doubling payouts along the way.
Betting options and jackpots
A bet in Crocodopolis is made out of 25 coins or less, each one activating a different payline. You pick the number of lines you want active, and the number of coins will be identical. The denomination of those coins vary between $0.01 and $1, so the maximum bet is only $25.

Design and symbols
The Crocodile part of the theme is not that visible, being only part of the wild symbol.
