Major Moolah Slots

Major-MoolahMajor Moolah is a classic slot machine from Rival, but even better than that, it’s a slot that looks good, costs little to play and pays quite a bit through its progressive jackpot. Rival already has a number of good looking classic slots, but this one manages to also pay well, so it’s a title you should be paying attention to if you enjoy this kind of slot. The theme doesn’t make it that interesting, it’s mostly about classic symbols, with just two exceptions. The focus on gold coins and stars, with plenty of other areas using the same golden color, makes it look a lot more glamorous than its gameplay manages.

You’re going to discover a classic game in most areas, with the 3 reels holding 1 payline, offering no features of any kind, but managing to scrounge up a progressive jackpot that you can win. If you don’t qualify for it, you can hope for up to $1,500.

Features of Major Moolah

As a classic slot machine, the game doesn’t offer features of any kind. Though some of these classics will sometime have additional features to offer, Major Moolah lets its progressive jackpot be its biggest advertiser.

Betting options and jackpots

It’s extremely simple to place a bet in Major Moolah. You only have to select the number of coins that you want to use, and that’s about it. You pick one to three coins, each one having a fixed denomination of $1. The resulting betting range is $1 to $3. The only way to get the progressive jackpot is with a three coin wager.

If you did use the three coins, and you got the three MM Logos on the payline, you win the progressive jackpot. The average win in the past was at about $13,000 for it, with the smallest amount being at $2,889, while the highest one was $47,790.

If you used two coins or less, you get a fixed prize instead. It’s 1,500 coins for a two coin wager, or $1,500.

Design and symbols

The design is simple enough, but tastefully done, with golden stars and coins filling up the background image. On top, there is a set of normal white reels, with the paytable occupying about a third of the screen, on the left side. The symbols are big and designed well, without too many details but showing enough to make this classic slot an elegant title. That’s not something you can usually say about a 3 reel slot, so I for one am satisfied with Rival’s work.

Symbols: MM Logo (progressive jackpot), Gold Star Coin (600 coins), Red 7 (300 coins), White 7 (240 coins), Blue 7 (180 coins), Triple Bar (120 coins), Double Bar (90 coins) and Single Bar (60 coins).

Is It Worth Playing?

For a simple, yet good looking slot machine, with very low betting requirements and big prizes, check out Major Moolah. I for one wasn’t disappointed with it, and I’ll be returning to it in the future.

The Major Moolah slot machine is offered through the Rival platform, so if you want to play it for real or just to practice, look out for casinos that use it.
