The slot’s 243 ways to win allow it to discard the usual method of forming combinations, where symbols are arranged on a payline, and instead it will use them if they’re on the correct reels. Symbols need to appear on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost one, in order to form a combo. The prizes are offered all the time this way, but the value tends to be smaller than those won on paylines.
The wild symbol is the one that has the Crystal Ball shown on it. This symbol is used as a substitute, the natural role that gave the wild its name.
