Zeus Slots

ZeusZeus is a name that shouldn’t need much of an introduction, and the theme of the game is quite clear. Dedicated to the main god of the Greeks, it’s a slot machine which comes from WMS, and it’s actually part of a series with three different slot machines in it, all of them with the same topic. While Zeus himself makes an appearance on one of the symbols, the game looks mostly like a regular Ancient Greece themed title, so there is nothing truly out of the ordinary in it.

You’re getting a 30 paylines slot machine from Zeus. The game has some typical features, with wilds, scatter symbols and free spins being part of it. As for the big prize, you can win $2,500.

Features of Zeus

Wild symbols, scatters and free spins make up the list of features from Zeus. It’s a normal collection of extras, but a welcome one.

The Temple symbol was selected to be used for the wild feature in Zeus. It’s going to be a regular wild, which will replace all kinds of symbols when needed, but the exception of the scatter is there as always. It doesn’t seem to be offering its own prizes, at least the paytable doesn’t mention it.

Free Games Feature

The only role that the scatter symbol has here is to act as a trigger for free spins, and that’s it. There are no prizes that will come from the scatter, no cash prizes at least.

Zeus-free-spins

You will receive 10 free spins for three scattered Lightning Bolts, 25 spins for four symbols of this type and a much more impressive 100 free spins when all five are in place. To retrigger the free spins, you need another set of 3+ scattered Lightning Bolt symbols.

Betting options and jackpots

The slot’s bets start at a minimum of $0.30 and they can be taken up to $150 for one spin. The lines get one coin bets, which are worth between $0.01 and $5.

Since the slot promises a 500 coins jackpot, you can expect $2,500 cash in the best case scenario.

Design and symbols

Zeus has a pleasant looking design, with light colors, with the clear blue sky in the background and the temple of Zeus in the sky shown at the top, right next to the logo. The reels are surrounded by golden borders and the images chosen for the symbols show off all kinds of Ancient Greek objects, like a decorated amphora, laurels, a harp, silver coins or row ships. The only symbols connected with Zeus directly are the ones with him, his lightning bolt and the temple.

Is It Worth Playing?

I’ve enjoyed playing the game, and especially the free spins with up to 100 rounds that they offer, so despite the small top prize I think it’s worth a look.

Zeus can be found at any WMS casino, where you get a chance to play it for real money or in free mode.
