Butch is a wild symbol, an expanding one, that can appear only on the 3rd reel. Whenever it makes that appearance, no matter where exactly it lands, Butch will expand and cover the entire reel. It can be part of any combination that needs a wild symbol in the third position, meaning that it already has matching symbols on at least the first and second reels. The expanding part only comes into play if a winning combo will result from it. Otherwise, the wild Butch sticks to its original position and doesn’t expand.
Fifi is the scatter symbol of K9 Capers, the poodle that Butch is in love with. As a scatter, the symbol appears wherever it wishes, and it triggers the bonus game and cash prizes when at least three are present. First of all, the scatter offers payouts of up to 100x the bet, for up to five of them present. It can also trigger the bonus game, and that one also gives up to 100x the bet as prizes.

Design and symbols
The game’s surrounding graphics don’t give you a very clear idea of what the slot is about. There is a park, with grass, trees and street lights, while in the distance you see the tall buildings of a city. On the reels it’s all about the dogs though, with the two heroes, with food bowls, ripped up teddy bears and playing cards with paw prints all around them.
