So Much Candy Slots

So-Much-CandyOne of the three slots from the same series, So Much Candy is obviously themed around all sort of sweets that you can enjoy. The design isn’t anything special, but you can still see that a lot of work has went into it, plus the features can be convincing as well. Overall, it’s a game that will intrigue you as soon as you figure the Much More Candy feature, but more on it below. It’s a Microgaming title.

You get 5 reels & 25 paylines from So Much Candy. The game offers both regular and new features, with the Much More Candy option being in the latter, while wilds, scatters and free spins are in the former. Top payouts of up to $64,000 are possible.

Features of So Much Candy

The game will give you free spins, scatters and wilds as the regular features, while the new element is brought by the Much More Candy option.

Much More Candy is the name of the feature which allows some of the symbols to offer up to five icons into one. Each symbol has one to five pieces of candy. If you create a combo with symbols that have the same type of candy, the game takes into account the total number of candies which are in those symbols and then gets you paid. This happens only for the high symbols, the ones with candy in them. While other symbols need the usual 3 to 5 icons to be present, you need between 6 and 25 pieces of candy to be present.

As for the wild symbol, the symbol which is used in so many games these days, you will get from it a prize and you also get its help in forming new combinations. The So Much Candy Logo is going to give you prizes whenever you have between 3 and 5 of them on the same line, offering up to $30,000. As a wild, the symbol looks at all the symbols found on the same payline as it is, and then if it can be part of a new combo it will take whatever role is needed of him.

Another important part of So Much Candy is the scatter feature and the free spins triggered with its help. This scatter shows you the Candy Machine. It’s called a scatter because it has the ability to appear scattered on the reels, instead of being obligated to form a combo on the same payline. It doesn’t matter where these symbols land, as long as they appear at least two times. The prizes vary between 1x and 75x the bet.

Free Games Feature

You can win anywhere between 8 and 16 free spins from this slot. Each option has a different type of candy attached. Choosing one of them will replace all other types of candy with it.

Since the candy pieces pay differently, each option gives you a different potential for top prizes, so you have a different number of free spins depending on which option you chose. The maximum top payout can be up to $64,000 if you choose the 8 free spins option, or up to $32,000 if you go with the other extreme, where there are 16 spins.

Betting options and jackpots

The game’s betting system can be used simply by clicking on the right and left arrows, or you can click on the Bet title and open up the betting options, allowing you to use 1 to 20 coins per line, with the denomination being between $0.01 and $0.20. You can end up with $4 line bets, while the total reaches $100.

As for the prizes, the best ones are offered when you manage to land up to 25 pieces of candy with five symbols present. You get up to $64,000 in that case.

Design and symbols

While the game is excellently designed and quite colorful, it’s nothing to be truly impressed with. You have a purple background with some faded images of candy on it, with reels colored in dark red and with pink borders all around. There are colorful playing cards and candy among the symbols, but the former are the majority unfortunately.

Symbols: Logo (wild, 7,500x), Candy Machine (75x bet, scatter), Heart Candy (16,000x), White and Red Candy (14,000x), Green Candy (12,000x), Purple Candy (10,000x), Orange Candy (8,000x), Ace (100x), King (75x), Queen (75x), Jack (55x) and 10 (55x).

Is It Worth Playing?

The special feature and the chance to get combinations of up to 25 symbols should be at least tried, so you can decide for yourself if it’s worth it. I’d say it is, it can be a lot of fun and quite profitable.

The So Much Candy slot machine is offered through the Microgaming platform, so if you want to play it for real or just to practice, look out for casinos that use it.
