Relic Raiders Slots

Relic-RaidersRelic Raiders is a Net Entertainment slot machine, with an adventurer theme, in the style that Indiana Jones has made us enjoy so much. You will find quite a few gems among its symbols, but there are also treasure maps, bush airplanes, treasures, adventurers, treasure chests and tribal priests. It all amounts to an excellent adventure slot machine, which I for one enjoyed tremendously. The design style is not quite up to the standard to which Net Ent holds itself lately, but it’s definitely above average.

Relic Raiders has plenty to offer, a favorite of mine being its bonus game, though the wild, scatter symbol, free spins and the multipliers all play their part. You will find that with the bets you place on its 50 paylines, this 5 reel game can reward you with up to $20,000.

Features of Relic Raiders

There are both some rare features here, meaning the bonus game with the artifacts you can collect and then get a mystery win, but there are also some regular ones, like the scatter, the wild, multipliers and free spins.

The Wild Priest is not your regular father that you see at the church. Instead, this is a tribal priest, with a mummified human skull on his walking stick, with a teeth necklace and with paint on his face. He’s not the friendliest character I’ve ever seen, but you can forgive a lot when a symbol like this can give you up to 10,000x as a reward. It’s also the wild symbol, so naturally it is going to be a profitable and fun experience a lot of times when you meet him on your reels.

Free Games Feature

The other regular feature is the scattered Treasure Chest. It will also give you prizes, 10x to 200x the triggering bet, but it also has the capability of giving away free spins. Both the free spins and the prizes require 3+ scatters to be awarded. The free games get a multiplier between 1x and 5x. You can retrigger free spins or get better multipliers, as long as 2+ scatters appear once again.

Bonus Game

The two adventurers, man and woman, appear together in the bonus symbol. 3+ bonus icons, in order and starting from the leftmost position on a payline, will get you inside the bonus feature.

First, you choose your destination on a map, so you can travel to it with your airplane. Next, you are taken to a labyrinth of sorts, where you find the treasures hidden in jars that you have to break. Once you get the image of a spider, the round ends.

If you’re lucky, you will locate one of the four relics that can be collected. Each gold coin relic you find will be collected and saved in the Mystery Win column that sits on the left side of the reels. These relics are saved for you for up to 36 hours after the last spin, so you can come back and try to get that prize later on, if you don’t have all the pieces. Get all four, and you will win a mystery prize.

Betting options and jackpots

The betting system uses a combination of lines, multiple coins and a denomination you choose, to determine what the line and total bets should be worth. The line bet can go from $0.01 to $2, where the maximum amount is the equivalent of four coins at $0.50 each one. The total goes up to $100, thanks to the 50 paylines that are used.

The best combination you have access to will reward you with 10,000 times the line bet, a maximum of 40,000 coins being winnable this way ($20,000).

Design and symbols

The theme is based on adventure and treasure seeking, with most of the screen taken by the reels, but with about one third of the left side being occupied by the Mystery Win area, where you can collect relics through bonus games. The drawing style is cartoonish, but enjoyable, with enough elements inside to convince you that it is indeed about treasures and adventurers.

Symbols: Tribal Priest (wild, 10,000x), Treasure Chest (scatter, 200x the bet), Adventurers (bonus), Airplane (500x), Treasure Map (400x), Monkey (200x), King Cobra (125x), Diamond (100x), Ruby (75x), Emerald (75x) and Sapphire (50x).

Is It Worth Playing?

I’d say that the combination of Indiana Jones style adventures, a big number of paylines and the at least decent top payout manages to give you enough reasons to try it out.

The Relic Raiders slot machine is offered through the Net Entertainment platform, so if you want to play it for real or just to practice, look out for casinos that use it.
