Parlay Slots

Parlay Games is a Canada-based iGaming powerhouse. The company single-handedly started the online bingo craze and powered the first bingo site in history. Since then, Parlay Games branched out into online casino-style gambling, social gambling and B2B services, such as player account management.

While Parlay Games is still  the dominant force on the bingo market, it simply doesn’t have the same influence on online casinos – other companies have simply been there first. Nevertheless, Parlay Games is more than capable of delivering quality slot games, which are readily available on numerous high-profile casino sites.

Parlay Games Online and Land-based Slots

Slots definitely aren’t Parlay Games’ primary product, so it should come as no surprise that you won’t find of their games in land-based casinos. The slots that were designed specifically for online casinos are completely browser-based and as such are compatible with Parlay’s proprietary casino platform as well as all the other open casino modules developed by other companies.

This solution also allows Parlay games to perform well with all kinds of devices, ranging from Mac and PC computers to Android smartphones, iPhones and Blackberry phones.

Parlay Games Slot Game Reviews

The slots designed by Parlay Games are all very bright and cheerful, which shouldn’t be all that surprising for a bingo company. If you’re familiar with one of Parlay’s bingo sites, you’ll immediately recognize the art style.

From a technical standpoint, the visuals are almost perfect: the games are packed with subtle special effects and every part of the reels and user interface looks great on a HD display. The sound effects are also neat and match the lighthearted style of the graphics. Parlay’s portfolio of slots is composed of standard 3 reel slots, 3 reel progressive slots and 5 reel slots.

Reception by Players

Parlay casino games are fairly popular, but there’s no denying the fact that there’s plenty of very similar games designed by other high-profile developers. Nevertheless, the casino powered by Parlay’s software and the other sites that host Parlay slots tend to generate plenty of traffic.

Most Popular Parlay Games Slot Machines

The quality of pretty much all Parlay Games’ slots can be described as “above average”, but there’s no denying the fact that are a few games that stand out from the rest. If you want to save yourself the trouble of going through every available slot and finding the really good ones by yourself, you might want to try the games that we recommend first.

For 3 reel slots with one or five pay lines and a progressive jackpot we recommend 7’s Blaze, Fire and Ice and Double Diamond. When it comes to standard three reel slots, Karat Crazy and Three Times the Riches are clearly worth checking out. Finally, if you’re searching for standard five reel slots with multiple pay lines, you might want to try Get Cracking, Trolling for Treasure or Hollywood Reels.

Company History

The story of Parlay Games began in 1998 in Burlington, Canada when the company was founded as Parlay Entertainment by Perry Malone and Scott White. The primary goal of the company was simple: to introduce bingo to the emerging iGaming industry.

Thus, Parlay Games became the first company to design and release an online bingo software package. The company quickly became the software supplier for most of the high-profile bingo sites, including Bingo Britain, Bingo Mania, Bingo Palace, PAH and PCH Games. Initially, the software supported only the 75-ball bingo variant, but eventually 90-ball UK bingo and 80-ball bingo were also added.

The first Parlay Games casino was launched in 2004 and allowed its customers to play slots, blackjack, video poker and roulette. In 2009, Parlay Games finally obtained an Alderney Gambling Control Commission license. In 2011, Parlay Entertainment was rebranded as Parlay Games.

Aside from being regulated by the AGCC, the company also holds licenses issued in Malta, United Kingdom and the Isle of Man and has offices in Alderney, Barbados and Malta. It’s worth pointing out that most of the casinos that currently host Parlay Games’ slots are powered by BetSoft software, which is a direct result of a partnership deal signed between both of those companies.

In fact, even the Parlay-powered Insane Slots casino offers BetSoft slots, which are available in the 3D slots sub-section of the site.

Outlook and Latest Developments

Nothing indicates that Parlay Games’ position on the online bingo market could be threatened in the foreseeable future, which is more than enough to provide the company’s casino operations with some much-needed stability.

Furthermore, the deal with BetSoft allowed Parlay to reach out to a broader audience, as BetSoft already had thousands of diehard fans all over the world. Based on this information, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that Parlay is pretty much guaranteed to do well in the years to come.
