The slot does little else with its graphics, besides showing you the said gemstones, so if you need more than features to be happy about a slot, this might not give you enough. Features of Glitz
You get from it features which are considered quite normal for a WMS slot machine. The stacked wilds are favorites of mine, but you also find scatter symbols and free spins inside.
The game uses two types of reels. The first two have two symbols on them each, with the next three coming in with four symbols per reel. They give you 60 paylines total, and the unusual layout is mostly used differently when the free spins are triggered with their help.
The first major feature is the stacked wild symbol. The WILD Logo was chosen for its image. Up to four symbols with this role can be part of a reel, meaning that they can take it over completely. Wilds can both create their own combinations, in which case they pay up to 200 coins, and they can be replacement symbols for the ones you’re missing, as long as the symbol appears exactly where it’s needed.
The Gold Dollar is the scatter symbol in Glitz. The name scatter comes from the symbol’s power to appear and do its job even from random locations, not needing paylines on which to line up.
Free Games Feature
The way you get the free spins is typical for the slots from WMS that have this kind of layout. You can get them triggered in three different ways.
The first method requires that you land four matching icons on the first two reels, the small ones. They don’t have to be scatter symbols, just regular matching icons. This will give you 5 free spins, during which the four matching icons remain in place, so the three big reels are the only ones spinning.
Another way of getting 5 free spins is by landing the scattered Gold Dollar on the three big reels (3, 4 and 5). You get a small bonus game next, where you pick a jewelry box and you get a symbol which will take the four positions from the reels 1 and 2 for the duration of the free spins.

You may wager with 30 coins, and that will be sufficient to activate all the lines. The way to change the bet value is by modifying the coin’s denomination, from the minimum of $0.01 to a maximum of $3. When everything is maxed out, the wager reaches a $90 value.
200 coins is the best reward the game manages to scrounge up for you, and their combined value wouldn’t go higher than $600.
Design and symbols
The design is the part that I’m the least happy about. While the features are interesting, along with the special layout with differently sized reels, the symbols offer you only gems, and they don’t look particularly impressive. They have a blue background behind them, with the area behind the reels coming in a dark red.

The theme might be the boring part, but the features and the layout make it slightly more exciting. It gets boring again when you get to the amount you can win if you get the top jackpot combo.
